WHAT WE INSPECT AS PART OF A RESIDENTIAL AND/OR COMMERCIAL INSPECTION:

You will receive a digital report complete with pictures and descriptions of items that are deficient or of special note.  You will receive this report via email usually within 24 hours of the inspection.  

Our standard inspection covers the following areas:

  • Structural condition

  • Electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems

  • Courtesy check of the appliances and fixtures staying with the property

  • General interior including ceilings, walls, floors, windows, insulation and ventilation

  • General exterior including roof, gutter, chimney, drainage and grading
